• Final cleaning
• Kitchen pack	(dishwash brush, detergent, sponge,
	kitchen towel, dish cloth, mop, bin bags)
• Hire bed linen	(weekly change)
• Hire bathtowels	(large and small towel and wascloth,
	daily change)

Terms and conditions

At booking we require a deposit of 50% of the total rent including mandatory costs (see above) and eventual optional costs for bed and / or bath linen and table d'hote.
Upon receipt of the deposit, which must be credited to our account within 1 week after the date of booking, your reservation will be confirmed.
We would like to receive the remaining amount within 4 weeks prior to your stay.

We have a no refund policy and recommend that you take out a good cancellation insurance.
