Chateau Latour - Welcome

Authentic features such as fireplaces, floors, doors and staircase are preserved as much as possible, which makes it an attractive interior.
The apartment (gîte) is situated on the ground floor. The guest rooms are located on the first floor.
On the ground floor are the dining room, where breakfast and dinner is served, the games room with billiards and games for young and old, such as dominoes and cards, and the bar where one corner is dedicated to tourist information.

Next to the house is a sunny terrace where in good weather we serve lunch and dinner. From the terrace you can see an old well and the courtyard of the former stables.

Near the private pool, which guests can use, is a veranda with garden furniture. Also in the large garden there is garden furniture available as well as swings for children.
In one part of the garden we grow our own organic vegetables and herbs. These products are used as much as possible in the daily changing 3-course menu from our table d'hôtes. Furthermore, there are many fruit trees in the garden which fruits we use to make our own jam.

Château Latour lies around 300 meter from the central square of Fours, a typical French village in the south of the Nièvre department at the edge of the 'Parc du Morvan' in the Burgundy region.
In Fours are available, mostly around the central square, a bakery (in accordance with our Belgian guests the very best croissants in France!), butcher (delicious Charolais meat!), cafe-bar, hairdresser, doctor, kiosk, post office, garage and a small supermarket.
